Purpose and Overview
Our internship program is dedicated to providing opportunities for Filipino youth and those with Filipino heritage. We believe in offering a platform for our community to upskill, gain valuable work experience, and contribute to the growth and future of our motherland. Through this initiative, we aim to empower the next generation of leaders and changemakers within the Filipino community.
This scheme provides invaluable hands-on experiences in areas like event planning, budget management, research, and marketing. You will also help with the execution of our workshops, either in person or online!
This 8 month experience will connect you to an international network of
dedicated youth while developing key skills for work.

The Sparks Internship offers two dynamic streams: The General Stream and The Creative Stream. Both streams offer opportunities to collaborate with different committees and participate in the developmental workshops.

In the General Stream, interns will rotate through various committees such as Events, Marketing, Research, and Finance, contributing to diverse projects, including workshops, fundraising, and research. This stream is ideal for someone who wants to cultivate skills in project management and communication across different work settings.

The Creative Stream allows interns to shape the organisation’s vision by working on the Creative Team on major projects. Interns will design engaging visuals, assist with social media, and support the development of modules and workshops.
