Overview
The Sparks Intern will engage in a dynamic role, contributing to shaping the vision and creative direction of the organisation alongside the Creative Team within The Legacy Program Philippines.
You will be able to collaborate on major projects from designing engaging graphics, assisting with social media posts, and contributing to creative projects that reflect and promote our mission. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of our modules and workshops, encouraging students to think creatively and innovatively. This internship provides hands-on experience across different creative disciplines, allowing the intern to explore creatively. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content aligns with our branding and messaging.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of activities, tasks, and contributions over the course of the internship.
- Attend a group or 1 to 1 evaluations/check - ins to ensure the internship is on track.

Graphic Design:
- Design visual content for social media and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with The Legacy Program’s branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns to boost engagement.

Learning and Development:
- Engage actively in learning opportunities provided by the creative team/ other relevant teams including workshops, meetings, and briefings.
- Seek feedback and mentorship from the creative director to enhance skills and knowledge in various areas.
- Reflect on experiences and apply learnings to improve performance and contribute more effectively.
